Submission of Papers
  • Authors are invited to submit their papers via email to: The submitted paper should be in MS Word (according to the given template), while the presentation or poster accompanying the paper should be in PowerPoint (according to the provided template). PDF documents are not acceptable.
  • Submission of a paper implies that the same paper has not been previously published (except as an abstract or part of a seminar, lecture, or academic thesis), is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that all authors agree to its publication.
  • Each author submitting a paper for publication as an original work guarantees that the proposed paper represents their own personal contributions and is not copied or plagiarized, either in whole or in part, from other works.
  • Turnitin, Copyscape, DupliChecker are some of the websites available to authors and researchers who wish to check their papers before submission. By comparing the submitted document with extensive data, a comprehensive similarity report is generated with text matching. This helps ensure that papers are original and properly attributed.
  • All communication, including notifications from the organizing committee and requests for revisions, will be conducted through the provided email.

Any deviation from these rules should be reported directly to the editors, who are committed to promptly resolving such issues.
